The dashboard lets you chat with your CalX device, upload text files (up to 4KB), configure AI settings, adjust device preferences like screen timeout and text size, push firmware updates, and view activity logs — all from any browser.
How do I connect my CalX device?
After creating an account, your CalX device will display a 6-digit binding code. Enter this code in the dashboard to securely link your device. Once connected, all settings and messages sync automatically.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All communication between CalX and the cloud uses end-to-end encryption. Your API keys are stored securely on the device and never transmitted. You have full control over what data syncs to the cloud.
How do firmware updates work?
Updates are pushed over-the-air (OTA) from the dashboard. Upload a new firmware file, trigger the update, and monitor progress. There are no automatic updates — you're always in control of when your device updates.
